Q: How long does it take to ship orders?

A: As long as the items are ready to ship, orders ship out between 1 to 3 business days.. (monday to friday)

Q: I was charged twice on my sezzle account, will I be refunded?

A: Yes, you will be refunded..  Refunds will be sent within 3 to 5 business days once funds are available to be refunded!

Q: How long does it take to ship items that aren't in stock?

A: It can take 1 to 3 weeks to ship your order..  It all depends on how many orders are waiting to be shipped and also how large your order is. Business hours are Monday through Friday..  I do work on the weekends but not as much as I do through the week.. If you have any questions regarding turn around, please send us a contact email or message the Facebook business page before ordering!

Q: My order shipped, but tracking hasn't updated and my package hasn't moved.. Is my order lost?

A: Not necessarily. Packages are moving, just as a slower pace.. Covid has played a big part in packages taking longer and also the holidays.. It may take up to a few weeks for your package to arrive!

Q: Is everything on the website RTS (ready to ship)?

A: No, if you are looking for RTS items, click the RTS Items link in the menu, then click on each listing to see how many are available..

Q: Can I order more than what is available?

A: Yes! You can order more than what is available.
